HOW TO MAKE  A LEMON GINGER MOCKTAIL.

First, you need to grate ginger in a bowl.

next Then take a fresh cucumber in the same bowl and grate it well.

Next, take a fresh lime and squeeze it well and add lime juice in the same bowl.

Add fresh mint leaves and muddle gently all the ingredients with a muddler in the same bowl.

Next, take the glass you will be making the mocktail glass in take a strainer, and press the ingredients you mixed in the bowl through a strainer to release the juice.

Next, you add IceCube in a mocktail glass and with it, you add non-alcoholic ginger beer. Mix the mojito well with a long spoon.

Next, you add sparkling water then add wheels lime slices 2 have 3 pcs.

And add the cucumber ribbons to the mojito glass.

5 cups sparkling water
